Abstract

This study investigates the level of social intelligence among secondary school students, examining gender differences and the relationship between social intelligence and influential personality. This study employed two instruments: the Social Intelligence Scale Katfi (2015) and a self-developed Influential Personality Scale. The instruments were administered to a stratified random sample of 100 students. Data analysis was conducted using the split-half test, t-test for one sample and two independent samples, and Pearson correlation coefficient. The findings indicated that participants exhibited higher social intelligence than the societal average. A significant difference was found between the sample and hypothetical means. No gender differences in social intelligence were observed, and a positive correlation between social intelligence and influential personality was found.
