Abstract

This Research Deals With Russian-Ukrainian Relations From The Collapse Of The Soviet Union Until The Conclusion Of The Minsk Agreement (1991-2014), Highlighting Its Serious Consequences. Events Witnessed An Increasing Escalation, Especially After Russia Entered Ukrainian Territory, In A Move Aimed At Stopping Western Expansion. The Research Also Seeks To Provide A Comprehensive Vision Of The Crisis, Tracing Its Path From Its Beginnings, Explaining Its Causes, Most Important Stations And Developments, As Well As Its Repercussions. The Research Also Reviews The Importance Of Ukraine For Russia, As Well As Its Advantages, And What Is Known As The Curse Of Geography, Which Turned Its Blessing Into A Curse, And Plunged It Into The Conflict Of The Great Powers That Are Disputing And Disintegrating It Day After Day. The Research Is Divided Into An Introduction, Three Chapters, And A Conclusion. The First Chapter Deals With The Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic And Its Position In The Soviet Union (1922-1991), While The Second Chapter Addresses The Political Relations Between The Republic Of Ukraine And Russia From The Collapse Of The Soviet Union Until The Conclusion Of The Minsk Agreement (1991-2014). The Third Chapter Explains The First Minsk Agreement And Its Impact. In Russian-Ukrainian Relations(2014).
