Abstract

There are many opinions about who wrote it, and this secrecy about its author pushed us to interrogate the text, and through it we found that the body language in it was dominant, so we decided to study it. It also seemed distinctive because it was a maqama that dealt with satire. This study was concerned with researching a maqama mentioned by Fawzi Issa, which was full of body movements, and it was studied from an angle that no one had researched before this time within the limits of the researcher’s knowledge. We divided the research into two sections: the first about the maqama and who its author was, and the second about applying body language in the text of the maqama, supporting that with a conclusion that included the most important results.
