Abstract

There is no doubt that transitional justice in society is a safety valve to ward off all attacks resulting from civil wars that may be limited by extremist groups due to achieving their goals that are not compatible with societies, as community reconciliation has produced transitional justice in societies that have been subjected to many attacks, for example the community of Anbar province.
