Abstract

This research seeks to develop a deeper understanding of the global vision in the Iraqi short story, transcending the narrow local dimension to address texts as integrated aesthetic spaces that interact with the comprehensive human experience. The approach here is not limited to reading the story as a local narrative event, but rather addresses it as texts that respond to universal perceptions. The aesthetic is manifested in the story as a mediator that connects cultural specificity with the shared human experience, establishing a critical structure capable of exploring the dimensions of vision and demonstrating how the Iraqi short story writer operates within a global horizon intertwined with the local context
