Abstract

The research aims to study and analysis the reality of the spatial distribution of health services in Al-Khalis City for 2022, Within a geographical vision through which it is clear how important this distribution is and the extent of its efficiency for these services by providing the necessary service to the population at the level of the study area, especially after the population increase and urbanisation witnessed by the region, Therefore, the researcher used a number of criteria to show the efficiency of this service, which included functional and cadastral standards such as Al-Khalis General Hospital in health centres, private medical clinics, and radiology clinics, medical laboratories, pharmacies and the number of medical cadres in each institution, as well as the efficiency of functional and spatial standards within the Iraqi standards determined by the Iraqi Ministry of Health.
