Abstract

The current research aims to identify: 1. Intellectual capital among graduate students (Stewart, 1997) Theory. To achieve the current research objective, the researcher constructed an intellectual capital scale based on the scientific steps in its construction, verifying its apparent and construct validity. Reliability was verified using the retest method. The reliability coefficient reached (0.77), while the Cronbach's alpha coefficient reached (0.82). The two scales were applied to the primary research sample, which consisted of (200) male and female students, selected using a stratified random sample with proportional distribution from (8) colleges: four humanities colleges (College of Basic Education, College of Education for Humanities, College of Islamic Sciences, College of Law and Political Sciences, College of Engineering, College of Education for Pure Sciences, College of Agriculture, and College of Science at the University of Diyala. When processing the study data statistically, the second test for a single sample and the Pearson correlation coefficient were used. ...and Cronbach's (and the research reached the following results: - -1- The research sample has intellectual capital because the second calculated value is greater than the tabular value, and it is a significant indicator.
