Abstract

The study aimed at clarifying the scientific life of Gorgan Province. In that, the Islamic nation was, scientifically , of a higher significance in the third and fourth Hijri centuries, than other centuries. Despite the political fall in those two centuries, the scientific outcomes were imminent . The cultural and Intellectual life was not affected by the political divisions. In addition, the dissociation and regression affected the Islamic world in general and the weaknesses of the Abbasids Caliphate were clear that time. In spite of political dissociation, such bad circumstances were the main start points serving the intellectual life in all eastern islamic countries in general, and specially Gorgan Province. The independent islamic states and Emirates were racing to beautify themselves with writers, literarymen and scientists and boasting them. They respect Jurists and scientists, giving them money generously. Therefore, the civilization raised and nourished , many scientists appeared, many precious books and scientific classifications were added to the Islamic library in the Eastern Islamic Parts , especially those made by the Gorgan who contributed in raising of the Islamic civilization and keeping the Islamic enheritage
