Abstract

This research examines the political role of women within the government courts of Sub-Saharan Africa, highlighting their influence during the Islamic era in the region. It posits that without Islam, these societies might have strayed from their path. Islam is considered the primary factor contributing to the historical and cultural glory of Africa; it succeeded significantly in establishing its system despite the deeply rooted customs and inherited traditions, as it was through Islam that their presence and influence truly emerged."
