Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of Emirati women in society and the significant changes that have taken place in the status of Emirati women, as well as their leadership and active participation in all areas of life. These developments began with the direct support and patronage of the President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, who opened broad opportunities for women’s education and employment across various sectors of the state. In addition, Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, President of the General Women’s Union, provided substantial support aimed at improving the status of Emirati women and contributing to the development and modernization of Emirati society.
