Abstract

The study talks about the most important issues that Ibn Al- Alj transmitted from Sibawayh in his simple book on grammar. Sibawayh’s book is one of the sources of grammar that many grammarians relied on quoting from him, and their ways of taking from him differed, and Sibawayh’s name was repeated in grammar books, and the source is this book without Others, and Ibn Al- Alj are like other grammarians who quoted from him. Sometimes he quotes directly from him and declares that, so he says: Sibawayh said, and sometimes he quotes but does not indicate, and at other times he quotes the apparent meaning of his statement in matters in which the statement is sometimes not explicit, and sometimes He indicates that this is the apparent meaning of Sibawayh’s doctrine
