Abstract

THE RESEARCH IS AIM TO IDENTIFY THE TWO GOALS 1.identifying the level of functional professionalism among secondary school. 2. identifying the level of significance of statistical difference in functional professionalism according to the gender variable for both sexes in the secondary school. TO achieve the research objectives the researchers constructed a professionalism scale consisting of (24) items according to the four domains of theory of (Richard beale ,2010) . the validity of the psychometric properties of the was verified by presenting it to a number of arbitrators in the field of educational psychology and the scale was applied to the research sample of (400) male and female teachers in Baladruz district of Diyala general education directorate using the random application method proportional to the curve and according to the stability coefficient using the cronbach,s alpha method .the percentage and value were (0.89) and by the retest method after a period of (15) day ,the stability coefficient was (0.78) which indicates relatively good stability .this was after collecting the data and processing it statistically using the (Spss) statistically package for each of the t test for one sample and t test for two independent sample and pearson correlation coefficient and the cronbach,s alpha equation .the researchers reached the following results. 1.Sample members have a functional professionalism measurement of the theoretical average of the scale. 2. there are no posts hat have been established in functional professionalism by a sex variety of specialist . In lights of these results the researchers came out of a range of recommendations and proposals .
