Complex thinking and its relationship to professional compatibility among educational counselors

Abstract

The study aimed to reveal the relationship between complex thinking among educational counselors and their professional compatibility, and the level of both complex thinking and professional compatibility, as well as to identify the differences in the two variables of the study according to the variables (gender, years of experience), and the sample reached (150) counselors and counselors, The study found a positive correlation between composite thinking and professional compatibility among educational counselors, and the results revealed a high level of both complex thinking and professional compatibility among educational counselors, and there are differences in complex thinking in favor of males, while there are no differences in the level of professional compatibility according to the gender variable, as well as there are no differences in the level of complex thinking, depending on the variable years of experience, While there are differences in the degrees of professional compatibility and in favor of years of experience more than (10) years, the study came out with a number of recommendations and suggestions.
