Abstract
The current research aims to identify (innovative talent among students of fine arts and the significance of statistical differences in innovative talent according to the gender variable (males - females). To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher adopted a measure of innovative talent according to the theory of (Abraham Tannenbaum1983) among students of fine arts, and the measure consists of (15) items. The construct validity, face validity, and reliability of the scale were verified by two re-testing methods, and the reliability coefficient reached (80.0), while the reliability coefficient of the tool using the Cronbach alpha method reached (82.0). The sample of the current research consisted of (100) students. A basic sample of fine arts students was studied for the morning study. The research sample was chosen by a random stratified method with a proportional distribution, and using the statistical package (SPSS), as a statistical means. The following results were reached: Fine arts students have innovative talent, and there are no statistically significant differences in Measuring innovative talent according to the variables of gender (males, females). In light of the results of the current research, the research came out with a number of recommendations and proposals. Recommendation (Providing a rich environment in which the gifted learn to think and stimulate their motivations to search for knowledge and life experiences, by stimulating their cognitive motivations for learning and exploration and providing them with By knowing learning strategies, and helping them adopt a better learning style that contributes to satisfying their cognitive needs and developing their innovative abilities(Conclusions) The innovative talent is present in the research sample The results showed that there were no differences in innovative talent among the research sample according to the gender variable
